Ferrari tests in Barcelona concluded

Today marked the end of winter testing in preparation for the Formula 1 World Championship, at the Catalunya Circuit, near Barcelona.

  • Circuit: Catalunya Circuit, Montmelò – 4.655 km
  • Driver: Felipe Massa
  • Car: Ferrari F10
  • Weather: air temperature 15/19 °C, track temperature 15/23 °C. Overcast.

Having driven the F10 on its track debut in Valencia a month ago, it fell to Felipe Massa to bring Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro’s testing to a close. Today, the Brazilian driver had a packed programme, working on evaluating the handling of the car and the Bridgestone tyres under different fuel loads. Felipe completed a total of 114 laps, the quickest in a time of 1.20.539.
